XPARQ Community Guidelines

Welcome to XPARQ
XPARQ is built to connect people, communities, ideas, and technology in a safe and respectful environment.
These Community Guidelines explain what is allowed, what is prohibited, and how we work together to maintain a healthy ecosystem for everyone.
By using XPARQ, you agree to follow these guidelines.
1. Respect Other People
Treat others with respect.
Healthy debate, discussion, and disagreement are welcome. Personal attacks, harassment, intimidation, and abuse are not.
Allowed:
- Constructive criticism
- Civil disagreement
- Respectful discussion
- Honest feedback
Not Allowed:
- Bullying
- Threats
- Targeted harassment
- Doxxing
- Coordinated attacks
- Hate campaigns
2. No Hate Speech
XPARQ does not allow content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination against individuals or groups.
This includes attacks based on:
- Race
- Ethnicity
- Nationality
- Religion
- Disability
- Gender
- Sexual orientation
- Age
- Other protected characteristics
Content intended to humiliate, dehumanize, or incite harm against others may be removed.
3. Protect Children and Young Users
Safety of minors is a top priority.
Users under the age of 13 are not permitted to use XPARQ.
Content involving:
- Child exploitation
- Grooming
- Sexualization of minors
- Child abuse material
is strictly prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities where required by law.
Users aged 13–17 may be subject to additional safety protections and content restrictions.
4. Adult Content
XPARQ may support restricted adult-content areas for eligible adult users.
Adult content must:
- Remain legal
- Be appropriately labeled
- Follow platform restrictions
- Respect consent and privacy
Users under 18 years of age may not access adult-content features.
Non-consensual intimate content is prohibited.
Content involving minors is strictly prohibited.
5. Violence and Dangerous Activities
Do not post content that:
- Encourages violence
- Promotes terrorism
- Glorifies violent crime
- Incites harm against others
Educational, journalistic, historical, or public-interest discussions may be permitted when appropriately contextualized.
6. Illegal Activities
Do not use XPARQ to facilitate, organize, promote, or advertise illegal activities.
Examples include:
- Fraud
- Identity theft
- Human trafficking
- Distribution of illegal materials
- Financial scams
- Criminal activity
Illegal activity may result in immediate account suspension.
7. Privacy and Personal Information
Respect the privacy of others.
Do not share:
- Private addresses
- Government identification documents
- Personal phone numbers without consent
- Private communications without authorization
- Sensitive personal information belonging to others
Users should control their own privacy settings and use available safety features such as Ghost Mode, Block, and Report tools.
8. Spam and Manipulation
Do not:
- Send spam
- Mass-message users
- Artificially inflate engagement
- Create fake accounts
- Manipulate platform systems
Automation intended to abuse platform functionality may result in enforcement action.
9. Intellectual Property
Only share content that you have permission to use.
Do not upload or distribute:
- Copyrighted content without authorization
- Pirated software
- Unauthorized media
- Stolen intellectual property
Repeated violations may lead to account restrictions.
10. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated content is permitted.
However:
- Users remain responsible for content they publish
- AI output must not be used to deceive, scam, impersonate, or harass others
- AI-generated misinformation may be removed if it creates a significant risk of harm
Disclosure of AI assistance is encouraged where appropriate.
11. Communities and Group Spaces
Community owners, moderators, and administrators are expected to maintain safe environments.
Additional community rules may be established, provided they do not conflict with XPARQ policies.
XPARQ may intervene when community management fails to address serious violations.
12. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, use the in-app reporting tools.
Reports may include:
- User reports
- Content reports
- Harassment reports
- Spam reports
- Safety concerns
Reports are reviewed through a combination of automated systems and human evaluation processes.
13. Enforcement Actions
When violations occur, XPARQ may:
- Remove content
- Reduce visibility
- Restrict features
- Issue warnings
- Suspend accounts
- Permanently terminate accounts
Enforcement decisions are based on the severity, frequency, and impact of violations.
Repeated violations may result in permanent loss of platform access.
14. Appeals
If you believe enforcement action was taken incorrectly, you may contact XPARQ and request a review.
Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reversal of a decision.
XPARQ reserves the right to make final moderation decisions.
